Our cakes and dessert menu is available to caterers, restaurants and gourmet shops.
We are also happy to design and create great-tasting desserts for your menu. We have a menu of selections that includes individual cheesecakes, key lime pies, tartlets (lemon, passion, peach-berry, and brown butter pear to name a few) and our famous Chocolate Decadence is available in an individual 3-inch round.
In addition, we've collaborated with chefs on their seasonal menus and created unique and intriguing desserts such as a sensational goat cheese tart with pear compote and ginger caramel sauce, rich chocolate beggar's purses with fresh berries and a creme anglaise, and hazelnut-cherry tartlets.
